Buried in Five Days, 13 Years Boy Saved.

Pushed back a glimmer of hope after a 13-year boy found alive even after five days buried under the ruins of buildings in the City of peas, Van, Turkey.

Turkish news agency, Anatolia, preaching a boy named Ferhat Tokay was immediately rushed to a hospital in pea but was later flown by helicopter to hospital in the city of Van in order to get further treatment.

Wearing a neck brace, Tokay looked unconscious when removed from the ruins of a building. He watched the rescue team who brought them.

Tokay rescued from the ground floor of the building of seven floors in the main street in peas that crumbling. Until yesterday about 50 people are still digging to find other victims. As many as 10 people still missing is expressed in that location. "I always believed he was still alive. He's strong,''said Ozgur Yildiz (16), Tokay friends.

Tokay is the second person who rescued within a few hours. On Thursday night a teenager 18 years, Imdat, also found alive. Imdat found after a military rescue team from Azerbaijan digging in the rubble of a building peas for two days.

Applause and cheers broke out immediately once the team found Imdat. "Praise be to Allah!" Said uncle Imdat told Reuters yesterday.

Scramble Tent

7.2 magnitude earthquake that shook Turkey last week killed at least 570 people and injuring another 2500. So far as many as 180 people have successfully found alive.

This is a terdahsyat earthquake in Turkey in the period of a decade. The International Federation of Red Cross and Crescent Societies says at least 50,000 residents affected by the disaster.

Until yesterday the search for victims still do. But in some places the effort was discontinued due to the importance to focus on survivors. A variety of assistance such as tents and food distributed after some critics said the government slow to handle the disaster.

Residents in the peas yesterday lining up to get a tent, but many are disappointed because they do not miss out.

"Everything started to hurt and cold,''said Fetih Zengin (38) whose homes were badly damaged. ''We have been in line for four days but did not get anything.''

Riots had occurred because residents accused officials deliberately did not give aid to the rebel group PKK supporters. Others have pointed to the parties that seek a profit by taking and reselling items such assistance.
